Why I’m building Machineward

Your computer is busy.
You shouldn’t have to guess.

Long builds, local services, downloads and renders keep running after you step away. Machineward is being built to make their state understandable at a glance—and give you a small, deliberate set of ways to respond.

Check on a build from your phone, then get back to your break.
01 — SEE THE STATE

A clear picture
of your machine.

CPU, memory, swap and active processes—brought together in one calm, readable view.

02 — UNDERSTAND WHY

Useful context.
Not just numbers.

Plain-language insights explain what may need your attention and what the data actually says.

Memory use is elevatedBrowser tabs are using 4.2 GB
03 — ACT WITH INTENT

Small actions.
Clear boundaries.

Take a few explicit, allowlisted actions. No shell access. No remote desktop. No surprises.

End processReview first
Built with care

Remote access
should feel responsible.

Machineward is designed around a simple idea: remote visibility should help you understand your machine without opening it up to everything.

Read our security direction
01

Your data stays yours

Privacy is a design requirement, not a setting to find later.

02

Every action has a boundary

Only specific, understood actions belong in the product.

03

Security blocks release

Pairing, authorization and revocation must work before outside use.
